Win-Win Process

Sound Relief creates highly valued, for-profit products as diverse as major music performances, troop entertainment, and one-time sporting events. Income is generated through event management, fund raising, merchandising, media production, programming and distribution, audio/video of widely appealing projects, and through various strategic marketing efforts. Sound Relief produces programs corporations want to sponsor.

Management and labels also benefit from Sound Relief events by being given the opportunity to promote their artists and clients in a positive way and by getting high quality products out to the public. Sound Relief gives the record label the right to promote the event performance using existing agreements with talent and management.

Sound Relief ensures that all the parties involved in a fund raising event or productions emerge as winners. The sponsoring corporation wins by receiving substantial profits and connecting with customers; the talent and media entities win by supporting favored causes and leveraging new opportunities; most importantly, the charitable organization wins as funds are generated, public awareness is fostered, and a new group of donors and sponsors is cultivated.

To lift the burden from the charity, Sound Relief handles every aspect of an event or production, from idea generation to ongoing merchandising efforts. Each event has the potential of producing a significant amount of money to support the charities in need. Sound Relief works with all three groups—corporate sponsors, entertainment entities, and charitable organizations to create events with sponsor viability, and regional, national, or international impact. Sound Relief creates products for the profit of charities, media conglomerates and corporations by doing what it does best—making an ordinary event EXTRAORDINARY.

EVENT PROCESS

EVENT PROCESS

Ongoing Promotional Opportunities
Sound Relief develops each Event in such a way that the concept can be replicated on a regular basis. By creating a concept that is repeatable, we can extend the impact of the marketing and publicity efforts from Event to Event. Creating a consistent “theme” allows Sound Relief  to solidify associations and agreements with Event sponsors, media, and other promotional and financial supporters—entities who value the ability to plan and execute deals well in advance so they can manage strategic budgets. In addition, long-term planning helps maintain the life of the Event in the minds of the donors and general public which helps mitigate the risk involved in Event planning.

Sound Relief extends the life of each
Event by taking advantage of three distinct promotional periods
Event Days

Sound Relief will:

  • Promote the Event through multiple media and publicity outlets and through content offered via Event web sites and other well crafted publicity efforts, generating a resonance of positive messaging

  • Develop a package of benefits to sponsors and other financial supporters and move toward finalizing each entity’s support to maximize overall income

  • Open the box office to generate immediate cash flow from ticket sales which promotes cash flow and helps manage budget risk

  • Open donation and publicity portals, like and event specific website to drive the public to all of the above

  • Create PR opportunities (e.g. celebrity “visits” to schools, mobile van, press releases, media pieces, etc.) to create a positive clamor about the Event and the Partner’s initiative

Event Development Days

 Sound Relief will:

  • Educate audience about the Partners program through media packages shown as part of the Event format—with Partner and other notables highlighting the initiative, defining financial needs, and thanking donors for their support

  • Invite financial participation through a variety of interactive media (donate via cell phone, in-person pledges, Event web site spending, etc.) to expand the vehicles used to garner income and to provide additional platforms for sponsors and other brands to tie-in to through audience participation—all of which increases the value of benefits sold to the same

  • Offer Event-related products (t-shirts, hats, posters, etc.) which assists with long-term fund raising plans and creates a consistent means of promoting the initiative through visualization of Event branding—while adding value to sponsors can place brand and corporate logos directly on merchandise

Post Event

Sound Relief will:

(from the Event day forward)

  • Promote the Event “elements” including the marketing and branding platforms created for sponsors, underwriters, and the Partner

  • Offer Event related products, (e.g. CDs, DVDs, downloads, goods etc.)  as a means to get artist support through publicizing the products and their participation, and to gain distribution outlets, entities who will benefit from product sales and from the liaison with Sound Relief and the Partner to create income for the initiative and add value for the sponsors

  • Create new media products from original Event to maintain public awareness of the initiative and create continuity and enthusiasm from Event to Event

  • Use the first annual Event as a launching pad for the “series” to increase the value of benefits offered to sponsors, media and other financial supporters of the Event concept

EVENT WEBSITE
In addition to the other efforts Sound Relief will construct a ‘event specific’ website ...

As each Event is established with theme, performers/celebrities, venue and timetable, Sound Relief establishes an official Event web site. This opens a portal to the general public, and provides an easy channel for accessing information about the Event. This interactive web site will house marketing elements and promotional materials, and will provide various opportunities for donation.

As an important part of Sound Relief’s Event management method, the web site will be designed to launch when Event tickets go on sale. This strategy revs up the public relations engine which will assist in creating the kind of positive public awareness that translates to immediate ticket sales and direct donations. The web site also provides a vehicle for branding opportunities and sponsor participation. Sound Relief Events generate a host of fresh publicity and public relations opportunities—which help make a lot of noise!
